Old Cuban Supremo

The classic Old Cuban, highlighting the refined character of El Supremo 8YO Rum.​

• 45ml El Supremo 8-Year-Old Rum

• 15ml Fresh lime juice

• 20ml Sugar syrup

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• 6-8 mint leaves

• Top with Champagne or Cava

Method: Shake all except Champagne, fine strain, top and garnish.
